Chart's CTI II Touch-Screen interface is now standard on all models. The new SVGA 10.5" interface is much faster and provides greater flexibility than traditional methods of test chamber function control. The CTI II Touch-Screen interfaces with a Mitsubishi PLC based controller system that allows the most reliable and accurate control available on a HALT & HASS chamber. Not only does the Mitsubishi PLC control the chamber functions, it also serves as a test and data acquisition system. Standard Vacuum Insulated Control Valves

To ensure maximum efficiency of liquid nitrogen delivery to your test chamber, Chart industries pioneered the vacuum insulated control valve assembly. Exclusively offered by Chart, this feature was designed for frost free nitrogen delivery which eliminates dripping water, safety concerns, and unattractive after-thought insulation. Cooling rates exceeding 80°C per minute are observed with the vacuum insulated valve assembly. The great success of this feature has made it standard on all Chart chambers.

Chart's SCADA package allows chamber monitoring and data acquisition from a PC. This package is a Lab-View based interface that allows complete chamber functionality from a PC. This package is easy to install with just a single Ethernet cable between the chamber and the PC allowing direct chamber connection to customer's computer network for 24-hour Web based chamber control and monitoring!

Chart's proprietary vibration technology allows product excitation in all three axes (X, Y, and Z) as well as the rotations about those axes (roll, pitch, and yaw), all simultaneously. This provides broadband frequency excitation far beyond what a product may see in its end-use environment - ensuring that the weak links are quickly exposed. Chart's unique lubrication system and close tolerance vibration hammer design provides years of trouble-free chamber vibration operation saving costly replacements. With our proprietary sound insulation, Chart chambers are the quietest in the industry allowing chamber placement in smaller areas with minimal noise level.
