Chamber Utilities Help Page
This screen is used to
provide manual control over some common chamber utilities. In addition to the
standard menu bar at the bottom of the screen, the following touch keys are
available:
Chamber Lights – Touching this button will toggle the switch between off
and on. The switch controls the
chamber’s interior lights.
Air Purge – Touching this button will toggle the switch between auto and
on. When the switch is in the auto
position, the air purge is controlled by the air purge event. When the switch is in the on position, the
air purge will come on, regardless of the state of the Event.
Nitrogen Purge – Touching this button will toggle the switch between
auto and on. When the switch is in the
auto position, the gaseous nitrogen purge is controlled by the Nitrogen Purge
Event. When the switch is in the on
position, the nitrogen purge will come on, regardless of the state of the
Event.
Vibration – Touching this button will toggle the switch between auto and
manual. When the switch is in the auto
position, the vibration level is controlled by profile, or by entering a set
point in the manual mode. When the switch
is in the manual position, a vibration set point can be entered in the manual
set point box below the switch. If the
controller is currently running a profile, placing the switch in the manual
position and entering a set point will override the profile’s definition.
